Excuse infielder Ryan Rohlinger for not being among the Giants' presumed final round of callups Monday evening. Rohlinger suffered a concussion Friday in the first game of Triple-A Fresno's final series of the season when he was struck in the helmet by a 100-mph Daniel Cortes fastball.
